A yomi and definition will appear below the game screen. Choose the tile with a kanji term that corresponds to this yomi.
Once you find a word, it will disappear from the screen, and a new cue will appear.
If your choice is incorrect, the next cue automatically appears.
To undo your selection of a kanji, click the U-turn-shaped arrow.
If you need another hint, click below the game screen again, and it will reveal the next hint. If you still don't know, clicking below the game screen again will display the actual target word,which you can then find in the grid.
You can review your results after each game. They are color-coded according to how well you did. Getting a word right after having seen only the first hint causes the words completion status to go up by one color rating (e.g., from yellow to green). For each additional cue shown or for each mistake made, its completion status goes down one color rating (e.g., from yellow to orange).
